If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return or exchange request as long as you contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. Any requests after 15 days will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us first by emailing Support@SofiaJones.shop.
Return Policy
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
All items must be in the condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns or exchanges, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
No refunds will be given for sale items or gift cards.
No refunds will be given for damage/loss caused by the customer.
General Return Process
To initiate a return: Please email Support@SofiaJones.shop with photos and/or videos of the item and your order number. Our customer service staff will review your return request for eligibility within 3 business days.
Returning Items: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking information and signatures for your return or exchange, as we are not responsible for lost items.
Refund or Exchange: After receiving your return or exchange, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and then provide an exchange or refund.
Return Fees
If the return is due to our fault (e.g.: product failure, product quality issues), we will refund the full amount including return shipping costs;
If the return is due to the buyer's own reasons (e.g.: do not like/do not want the product, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer should bear the return shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, the refund will be refunded to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
If you have not received your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. If you have completed all the steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@SofiaJones.shop.
Please note: We do not refund the original shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If you have paid but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund the full amount.
Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Packages are sometimes returned to us/third parties as undeliverable. We will re-ship the item at your expense. If the package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you promptly. You agree to bear and pay any additional fees/charges incurred due to undeliverable items due to the following reasons:
Wrong address. If the address is incorrect or expired, the package will usually be returned to us or delivered by the carrier/delivery service provider to an unintended recipient. Please check the address carefully when placing an order.
Incorrectly formatted address. If our system does not recognize how the address was entered, the package may be assigned to a carrier/delivery service provider who cannot deliver to the address you specified.
Failed delivery attempt. Most of our carriers/delivery service providers will make multiple attempts to deliver the package. If they are unable to successfully deliver your package, the package will be returned to us.
Rejection by the recipient. If the recipient is not expecting the gift and believes the package was misdelivered, they may refuse the package.
Illegible address. In rare cases, the address label may become illegible during transit. If this happens, the carrier will return the package to us.
Damaged in transit. If the package is damaged in transit, the carrier may return it without attempting to deliver it.
By ordering products through this website, you accept these terms and conditions and agree that we will be responsible for any costs, losses and/or liabilities incurred by you due to re-shipping or failure to deliver the product due to reasons beyond our control.
