Order processing time

Our warehouses operate only during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are minimized.

Tracking

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. We will provide a tracking number (tracking number will be available within 24 hours). Please note: delivery may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you are unable to track your package, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Late Delivery

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international shipments may be delayed. If your order is delayed, please contact us at Support@SofiaJones.shop and we will promptly check with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If you have paid but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel the order before the goods are delivered. We will refund the full amount.

Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
